Can I bring my child with me to my appointment?
Children are only permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a salon service. For the safety of your children, yourself, and other clients, no child may accompany you while you are having services. I simply do not have the facilities to accommodate them as there are many chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects that are hazardous to small children. I also do not want to compromise the relaxation of other clients. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Your appointment is very important to me, and it is especially reserved for you. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving notice the opportunity to fill the appointments missed and clients on the wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
-Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 25% of the service.
-No shows will result in a charge of 50% of the service.
* This fee must be paid before getting back on the schedule.
What is the best way to book an appointment?

I recommend taking a look at my services page first to see all the services I offer with a brief description of what each one is that best fits what you are wanting. Next, click the "BOOK HERE" button at the top of the page or on the SERVICES page and you'll be taken directly to an online scheduler where you'll then select the services you want. You'll immediately receive a text/email notification confirming your appointment has been scheduled with me. Then 72 hours before that appointment you'll receive another notification to remind you of the appointment as well as the option to confirm, reschedule or cancel if needed.

What if I'm having challenges with my hair ?

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you're having challenges with your color, cut or extensions, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge,
