salon cancellation policy
Your appointment is very important to me and it is especially reserved for you. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving notice, the opportunity to fill the appointment is missed and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $25
-NO SHOWS will be charged $50
This fee must be paid before getting back on the schedule.
child safety policy
Children are only permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a salon service. For the safety of your children, yourself and my guests, no child may accompany you while you are having services. I simply do not have the facilities to accommodate them as there are many chemicals, hot tools and sharp objects that are hazardous to small children. I also do not want to compromise the relaxation of my guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
